QA Procedures and ISO 9001, environmental rules/regulations & ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 or equivalent.
Inspector	2	BS Engineer, 6y exp; must read, write and speak English fluently. Must meet any one of the inspection discipline specific requirements as follows: Civil/Plumbing/HVAC, Electrical/Instrumentation, Plant and Equipment/Welding; with working knowledge of the applicable industry standards.
Material Engineers / Specialists	26	BS Engineering, Construction, Management, Economics, Bus Admin, Accounting, or related major.  7y relevant exp or secondary school diploma with 15y relevant exp in one of the following: construction design or project planning, materials procurement, materials control or materials scheduling/forecasting.
P&P Analyst	2	BS Engineering. 6y exp in management of operating costs, budgets, or related activities, 3 yrs experience in SAO. Technical Clerk	20	Completed vocational diploma, college degree is a plus. 4y exp with the engg system, knowledge of pertinent statistical, technical and administrative functions, good knowledge of oral and written English in order to prepare grammatically correct reports, summaries, and correspondence, good knowledge of policies, procedures, operational activity, and reporting methods applicable, methods to present statistics by the use of charts and graphs.  Ability to type min 25wpm.
